About Deed Marketplace™
Deed Marketplace is where owner-submitted properties are published with their source and publication date shown clearly, and where the people interested in them can start a direct conversation.
Deed Marketplace is a listings marketplace. We publish properties, review what sellers submit and connect the two sides. We do not buy or sell the properties ourselves, and the transaction stays between the seller and the interested party.
What we do
We publish listings
Owners and authorised sellers submit a property, and the listing shows what they provided and where it came from.
We review submissions
The Deed team moderates each submission and its documents before a listing goes live. Moderation is not an endorsement: we do not certify listings.
We connect the two sides
Interested people reach the seller through a conversation inside the platform, and the two decide together how to proceed.
How a listing gets here
The seller submits it
An owner, or someone the owner authorised, fills in the address, the location on the map, the home details and at least 3 photos. A walkthrough video and an ownership document are optional. The draft is saved at every step.
The Deed team reviews it
We read the submission and the ownership document attached to it. Submissions are handled in the order they arrive, on business days, and the seller is told which step to fix when something is missing.
The listing goes live
It shows what the seller provided, where that information came from and the date it was published. Everything else is yours to confirm.
The two sides talk
An interested reader shows interest and a conversation opens inside the account. Neither side has to publish a phone number or an e-mail address to reach the other.
What the review covers, and what it does not
Before publication we moderate the submission and the ownership document the seller attached. Moderation is not an endorsement or a certification, and the listing shows whether its information came from the owner or from a third party.
That is not a title search. Ownership, liens and occupancy are yours to confirm independently, with your own adviser, before you commit to anything.
Every seller holds an account and accepts the seller agreement before publishing.
What we are not
Not a broker or an agent
Deed Intelligence LLC operates an advertising platform. It does not represent either side of a deal.
Not part of the negotiation
Price, terms and closing are agreed directly between the two sides, each with their own advisers.
Not a payment processor
No money moves through the platform. Anyone asking you to pay Deed Marketplace for a property is not acting for us — tell support.
